Shipping method: All orders under 55 lbs, which include Single Gallons, 2.5 Gallon and 2/2.5 Gallon CASE orders are shipped UPS Ground delivery service (3 - 7 days). All other orders will be shipped via a preferred rate freight shipping company F.O.B. Minneapolis, MN. For larger orders, please call to make arrangements.

Shipping and handling charges will apply only to orders within the Continental United States. This shipping charge for freight is an estimate only. The exact amount will be calculated at the time of shipment based on weight and dimensions of the package and destination zip code. Additional Freight charges may apply for direct shipping, guaranteed delivery date shipping, receiving access and delivery dates. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and for international orders, please contact our Customer Service

Order deadlines: Orders will be processed within 5 business days based on inventory at the time of order. Otherwise please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery in the Continental United States. No orders are processed or shipped on weekend days. Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day thereafter: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day.

Saturday delivery available for Priority Overnight shipping only. Extra Saturday Delivery fee applies. To receive Saturday Delivery you must request Saturday Delivery during checkout. Orders must be placed by Friday 11:00 AM EST

We are unable to accept orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical street address is required.

Payment Methods All Credit Card payments are processed with paypal. For Freight Orders contact Customer Service at email us (click here) . PayPal is very secure and easy to use. Using them gives you even more protection from identity theft. You can sign up, just click on logo below. You do not need to join paypal to use your credit card.

Other Charges.  You pay no sales tax, except in Minnesota. We are not required to collect sales and use tax on deliveries throughout the US, except in Minnesota. Wholesale customers contact Customer Service to place an order.  Order Page

Cancel an order Please email us email us (click here)   Most orders are shipped within a few hours after being placed. If your order has already been shipped, simply refuse the order upon delivery (does not apply to international orders).

Returns All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking charge (30% on special orders) and you pay the return shipping. There are no returns allowed on any opened product and they must be received by us within 60 days of the ordering date. If more than 60 days from date of order you will receive a store credit.

Return Requirements Request a return authorization email us (click here) Returned products must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton. Returns must be received within 14 calendar days after email date of your RMA and within 60 days of the ordering date. If more than 60 days from date of order you will receive a store credit. Commercial Tuck Load Orders  Please allow 2 weeks for order to be prepared for shipment.  All orders require 50% pre-payment at the time the order is placed.  The remaining 50% is due upon receipt of shipment by consigner unless credit approval and terms are approved prior to shipping.   No cancelations are allowed after the pre-payment is received.  See our limitation on warranty policy on the product label.
